Hibiscus and Bays Local Board agreement 2014/2015

Senior Local Board Advisor was in attendance for this item.
Members wanted
the following included under Our Key additional advocacy areas for 2014/2015,
after the fourth bullet point:
Investigate
the feasibility of locating a community facility on the 20 Link Crescent,
Whangaparaoa site and/or as part of the family centre.

Resolution number HB/2013/252
MOVED by Chairperson JG Parfitt, seconded by Member J Fitzgerald:
That the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board:
a) agree the
local content for the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including:
i) draft
Local Board Agreement 2014/2015 (Attachment A), as amended, (including
intended level of service provision and financial statements)
ii) introduction
to the draft Local Board Agreement (including chairperson’s message and
proposed changes for consultation).
b) agree the
draft Fees and Charges Schedule 2014/2015 for consultation (Attachment B).
c) delegate
to the Chairperson the authority to make any final minor changes to the local
board agreement for the draft Annual Plan before it is released for public
consultation and to the summary of the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015.
d) confirm
that the direct revenue for local recreation services is under review and an
amended revenue budget will be included in the final Local Board Agreement
2014/2015.
