There were no declarations of interest. 

3	Summary of public submissions on the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015 – Great Barrier Local Board
	Karen Walker (submission no. 1323) tabled a supporting document and spoke to it. Mike Newman (submission no. 1334) was in attendance to present to the Annual Plan Hearings – Great Barrier panel regarding his submission. John Ogden (submission no. 1975) tabled a supporting document and spoke to it. A copy of the documents can be publicly viewed at the following Auckland Council webpage:  http://infocouncil.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/
	Resolution number APGBI/2014/2 MOVED by Chairperson IM Fordham, seconded by Member CA Spence: That the Annual Plan Hearings - Great Barrier: a)   Receives the submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Great Barrier Draft Local Board Agreement, relevant to the Great Barrier Local Board. b)   Hears the relevant submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015. c)   Thanks the submitters for their verbal presentations. d)   Considers any potential amendments to the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Great Barrier Draft Local Board Agreement. CARRIED
