MOVED by Deputy Chairperson SP Henderson, seconded by Member MFP Chan:  

That the Annual Plan Hearings - Henderson-Massey:

a)         Accepts apologies from member Brenda Brady and member Tracy Kirkley for absence and Deputy Mayor Penny Hulse and member Will Flavell for lateness.

Summary of public submissions on the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015 – Henderson-Massey Local Board

 

Member Will Flavell joined the meeting at 3.30pm.

Deputy Mayor Penny Hulse joined the meeting at 4.08pm.

Members Peter Chan, Luke Wilson and Warren Flaunty left the meeting at 5.06pm.

 

Resolution number APHM/2014/2

MOVED by Member WI Flavell, seconded by Deputy Chairperson SP Henderson:  

That the Annual Plan Hearings - Henderson-Massey:

a)      Receives submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Henderson-Massey Draft Local Board Agreement, relevant to the Henderson-Massey Local Board.

b)      Accepts the late submission from the Waitakere Ethnic Board.

c)      Hears the relevant submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015 and thanks the following people and organisations for their verbal submissions:

i)       Lynnette Adams - Sport Waitakere (1201)

ii)      Sue Russell and Jaclyn Bonnici - Community Waitakere (1298)

iii)     Mary Dawson (1455)

iv)     David Spreadbury – Waitakere Hockey trust (1406)

v)      Helen Ruston (561)

vi)     Boaz Habib - Waitakere Ethnic Board (late submission)

vii)    Sheryl Hyndman - Netball Waitakere (1950)

d)      Will consider any potential amendments to the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Henderson-Massey Draft Local Board Agreement.

Member Warren Flaunty returned to the meeting at 5.11pm.
