That the Annual Plan Hearings - Kaipātiki:

a) accept the apologies received from Member R Hills and Member L Pigg for absence and Councillor Darby for lateness.

2          Declaration of Interest

There were no declarations of interest. 

3	Summary of public submissions on the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015 – Kaipātiki Local Board
	Resolution number APKT/2014/2 MOVED by Member G Gillon, seconded by Member J Gillon: That the Annual Plan Hearings - Kaipātiki: a)      receive submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Kaipātiki Draft Local Board Agreement, relevant to the Kaipātiki Local Board. b)      thank submitters for their verbal presentations. CARRIED

3.1	Birkenhead Leisure Centre
	Nick Kearney representing the North Harbour Triathlon Club, spoke to the submission.
	Resolution number APKT/2014/3 MOVED by Member G Gillon, seconded by Member J Gillon: That the Annual Plan Hearings - Kaipātiki: a)      thank Nick Kearney, North Harbour Triathlon Club (submission number 127) for providing a verbal submission on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015. CARRIED

3.2	Mike Elliot - The Horse Paddock
	Mike Elliot was in attendance to speak to the submission. A document entitled ‘Statement by Michael Barrie Elliot’ was tabled. A copy of the document has been placed on the file copy of the minutes and can be viewed on the Auckland Council website: http://infocouncil.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/
