That the Annual Plan Hearings – Manurewa panel accept the apologies from member Hon George Hawkins, Member Ken Penney and Cr Sir John Walker for non-attendance.

There were no declarations of interest. 

3	Summary of public submissions on the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015 – Manurewa Local Board
	A late submission from Kapil Deo (submission number 1979) was circulated to members on 12 March 2014.  Donald Roberts (submission no. 1223) tabled a supporting document and spoke to it. Sudhir Rajagopalan (submission no. 1255) tabled a document and spoke to it. Kay McIntyre, consultant for Netball Manurewa, (submission no. 822) gave a presentation and tabled plans of the proposed future stages of the Netball Manurewa development. 	Resolution number APMR/2014/2 MOVED by Chairperson AM Dalton, seconded by Member DJ McCormick: a) That the Annual Plan Hearings – Manurewa panel receive submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Manurewa Draft Local Board Agreement, relevant to the Manurewa Local Board. CARRIED
	Resolution number APMR/2014/3 MOVED by Chairperson AM Dalton, seconded by Member AL Cunningham-Marino: b) That the Annual Plan Hearings – Manurewa receive the late submission number 1979 from Kapil Deo. CARRIED
	Resolution number APMR/2014/4 MOVED by Chairperson AM Dalton, seconded by Member AL Cunningham-Marino: c)         That the Annual Plan Hearings – Manurewa panel thank the following submitters for their presentations regarding the draft 2014/2015 Auckland Annual Plan and Local Board Agreement: i)          Donald Roberts (submission no. 1223) ii)         Mary Dawson, Chief Executive, Auckland Regional Migrant Services Trust (submission no. 1455) iii)        Sudhir Rajagopalan (submission no. 1255) iv)        Nick Baker (submission no. 1946) v)         Lillian Cattell (President, Netball Manurewa) and Kay McIntyre (Netball Manurewa Project Manager) (submission no. 822). CARRIED
