Secretarial Note: Resolutions c) and d) were taken after all verbal submissions were heard.
During the course of the hearing submission numbers 400 and 1017 were identified as belonging to Hibiscus and Bays Local Board and were transferred for consideration to that hearing. Submission numbers 237 (Alistair Watt) and 260 (Maxwell Edkins) and 1036 (Vivien Bayer) were incorrectly included in the agenda of the Hibiscus and Bays Local Board and were transferred to the Rodney Local Board hearing for consideration. Submission number 1357 (Linda Grammer) was not included in the Rodney Local Board agenda material. A copy of submission numbers 237, 260, 1036 and 1357 have been placed on the file copy of the minutes and can be viewed on the Auckland Council website.
