a)         Accepts apologies from members Simon Matafai and Ruby Manukia-Schaumkel for absence.

Member Zhu declared an interest in the submission from the Auckland Regional Migrant Services Trust.

 

Member RI Clow left the meeting at 4.53 pm.

Deputy Chairperson  Zhu left the meeting at 4.53 pm.

Member RI Clow returned to the meeting at 4.55 pm.

Deputy Chairperson  Zhu returned to the meeting at 4.56 pm.

That the Annual Plan Hearings – Whau Local Board:

a)              Receives submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Whau Draft Local Board Agreement, relevant to the Whau Local Board

b)              Accepts the late submission from the Waitakere Ethnic Board

c)              Hears the verbal submissions on the Draft Whau Local Annual Plan 2014/2015

ii)     Sue Russell - Community Waitakere (1298)

iii)    Mary Dawson - Auckland Regional Migrant Services (1455)

iv)   Imi Tovia – Avondale Community Gardeners (1322)

vi)   Wayne McCallough on Speedway (1952)

vii)  David Spreadbury – Waitakere Hockey Trust (1406)

d)          Thanks submitters for their verbal presentations

e)          Will consider any potential amendments to the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Whau Draft Local Board Agreement.
