MOVED by Chairperson S Coney, seconded by Member S Toms:  

That the Annual Plan Hearings - Waitākere Ranges:

a)         Accepts the apologies from member Neil Henderson for absence, Deputy Mayor Penny Hulse for lateness, Cr Linda Copper for early departure and member Steve Tollestrup for absence for part of meeting from 3.40pm to 5.15pm.

2          Declaration of Interest

 

Members were reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.

Summary of public submissions on the draft Annual Plan 2014/2015 – Waitākere Ranges Local Board

 

Deputy Mayor Penny Hulse Joined the meeting at 2.45pm.

Cr Linda Cooper left the meeting at 3.40pm.

Meeting adjourned at 3.42pm.

Meeting reconvened at 4.08pm, member Steve Tollestrup was not present.

Member Steve Tollestrup returned to the meeting at 4.58pm

Meeting adjourned at 5.31pm.

Meeting reconvened at 6.00pm, member Greg Presland was not present.

Member Greg Presland returned to the meeting at 6.03pm.

MOVED by Deputy Chairperson DA Yates, seconded by Member S Toms:  

That the Annual Plan Hearings - Waitākere Ranges:

a)            Receives submissions on the Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, including the Waitākere Ranges Draft Local Board Agreement, relevant to the Waitākere Ranges Local Board.

b)            Accepts the late submission from the Waitakere Ethnic Board.

c)            Hears the verbal submissions on the Draft Waitakere Ranges Local Board Agreement and Draft Annual Plan 2014/2015, and thanks the following people and organisations for their verbal submissions:
