Minutes of a meeting of the Governing Body held in the Orākei Marae, 59b Kitemoana Street, Orākei  on Thursday, 17 April 2014 at 10.30am.

The 17 April 2014 Governing Body meeting lapsed due to the lack of a quorum caused by severe weather conditions and road closures preventing attendance at the meeting.

An Extraordinary Governing Body meeting has been scheduled for 9.30am on 1 May 2014, in the Reception Lounge, Auckland Town Hall, to consider the items on the 17 April 2014 agenda.
