That the Hauraki Gulf Forum:

a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 24 March 2014, including the confidential section, as a true and correct record.

7	2014 Hauraki Gulf State of the Environment: Progress Report
	Dr Shane Kelly of Coast and Catchment Ltd and Johanna Pierre of JPEC Ltd were in attendance to address the meeting regarding this item and each gave a PowerPoint presentation. Copies of the PowerPoints are attached to the official copy of these minutes and are available on the Auckland Council website.
	1:21pm Cr Mike Lee entered the meeting. 1:42pm Cr Wayne Walker left the meeting. 1:47pm Cr Wayne Walker returned to the meeting. 2:13pm Cr Peter French left the meeting. 2:23pm Cr Peter French returned to the meeting.
	Resolution number HGF/2014/8 MOVED by Member Liane Ngamane, seconded by Member Pauline Kingi: That the Hauraki Gulf Forum: a)      receive the update on the 2014 State of the Environment report and any preliminary feedback provided for the report authors. CARRIED
