1.1	Call for nominations for the position of Deputy Chairperson for the Henderson-Massey Board Swimming Pool Fencing Exemptions Committee.
1.2	Appointment of Deputy Chairperson
	Resolution number HMSP/2014/3 MOVED by Member TJ Kirkley, seconded by Member SP Henderson: That the Henderson-Massey Local Board Swimming Pool Fencing Exemptions Committee: a) Appoints Shane Henderson as the Deputy Chairperson for this meeting. CARRIED
	Secretarial note:          The Democracy Advisor advised the committee that they must elect a deputy chair as the Chairperson is an apology for this meeting. Shane Henderson was nominated, seconded by Tracy Kirkley.

Swimming Pool Fencing Exemption – Special Exemption (Section 6) Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987

Resolution number HMSP/2014/6 MOVED by Member TJ Kirkley, seconded by Member MFP Chan: That the Henderson-Massey Local Board Swimming Pool Fencing Exemptions Committee: a)      Receives the Swimming Pool Fencing Exemption – Special Exemption (Section 6) Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987 report. b)      Receives the application by: i)       G A Cooke, 133 Sturges Rd, Henderson c)      Determines the application, by way of resolution, to grant the application subject to the condition that on-going compliance with NZS8500-2006 is maintained at all times. CARRIED
