Resolution number KAI/2014/48 MOVED by Member L Pigg, seconded by Member D Grant: That the Kaipātiki Local Board Community Forum: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Wednesday, 25 June 2014, as a true and correct record, noting the amendment as follows: · that the apologies for Member Danielle Grant be changed from ‘for lateness’ to ‘for lateness on Council business’ |

Resolution number KAI/2014/49 MOVED by Member D Grant, seconded by Member L Waugh: That the Kaipātiki Local Board Community Forum: a) receive the public forum presentation from Tom Jackson regarding Shore to Shore. b) thank Tom Jackson for his attendance and presentation. c) thank the Shore to Shore committee for the disbursement of surplus funding back to Kaipatiki Local Board and North Shore area schools. |

Kaipātiki draft local board plan - presentation to the community |

Chairperson Kay McIntyre presented the key outcomes of the Kaipātiki draft Local Board Plan to the community. Portfolio holders were introduced and all members engaged in a feedback, question and answer session, with the aim of encouraging submissions. A PowerPoint presentation entitled ‘Kaipātiki draft Local Board Plan’ was provided. A copy of the presentation has been placed on the official copy of the minutes and can be viewed on the Auckland Council website. |

Resolution number KAI/2014/52 MOVED by Member L Waugh, seconded by Member D Grant: That the Kaipātiki Local Board Community Forum: a) note the comments and questions raised by attendees at the community forum meeting. b) receive the notes of the community forum meeting as part of their deliberations on the draft local board plan following the statutory consultation period. |
