Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.

3 Confirmation of Minutes

Resolution number PAC/2014/14 MOVED by Chairperson Aiolupotea-aiono : That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a) discuss details of the work programme. b) confirm its draft work programme for recommendation to the Regional Strategy and Policy Committee. c) agree that the Lead Officer Support be authorised to make any minor edits or amendments to the draft work programme to reflect decisions made by the Panel during the discussion. d) agree to add arts and culture as a core programme, family and violence under social development and other sub-programmes raised in the meeting to the draft work programme. |
