The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and Deputy Chair Ross Robertson led the meeting in prayer.

Summary of submissions to the Draft Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board Plan 2014

 

A copy of the late submissions will be filed with the hard copy of the minutes and will be available on the Auckland Council website.

 

 

Resolution number PHOP/2014/1

MOVED by Deputy Chairperson HVR Robertson, seconded by Member MA Gush:  

That the Local Board Plan Hearings - Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board:

a)      receive submissions on the Draft Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board Plan 2014.

b)         receive the following list of late submissions on the Draft Ōtara-Papatoetoe Local Board Plan 2014:

                  i.        Tricia Cheel – Friends of Sherwood (submission no. 7916)

                ii.        H L Luaitalo

               iii.        Lole J Lolesio

               iv.        Ian Christopher McGeachie
