That the Waitakere Ranges Local Board recommends the following process improvements be initiated:

 

f)       The submitter address detail should be retained to at least the level of suburb to help the local board identify whether a person is speaking as a resident or visitor, and to locate any submission content where the place has not been specified. The address detail in submissions is currently redacted on privacy grounds.

g)      Ensures all submissions are legible. A technical solution needs to be found to ensure, at the end of the process, the printed submissions are readable by the decision maker. At present, the print quality is low resolution or has deteriorated, the document size has been reduced, and small font sizes have been used in the first place. 

h)      Avoids duplicate and mismatched page numbering systems.
