Resolution number YOU/2014/43 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member S Steele: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) accept apologies from Mosa Mafile'o for non-attendance, Danielle Goh, Ginah Vakaheketaha-Nelisi and Maggy Lui for early departure.

2 Declaration of Interest
Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.

3 Confirmation of Minutes
Resolution number YOU/2014/44 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member M Liu: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 11 August 2014, as a true and correct record.

Resolution number YOU/2014/45 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member D Goh: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) note that the Regional Strategy and Policy Committee endorsed the draft Community Facilities Network Plan for stakeholder engagement at their 8 August meeting. b) provide feedback on the strategic framework for the draft Community Facilities Network Plan, including: · the proposed purpose and outcomes · the proposed objectives · the draft provision frameworks c) form a working party to collate feedback before end of September 2014: i) Savanna Steele (leader), Tony Kapeli-Sua and Mackenzie Valgre.

That the Youth Advisory Panel:
a) receive the Mayor’s information regarding: i) Youth Employment Summit ii) the ext conference in early December b) accept thanks for participation in Transport, Housing and Homelessness c) agree to provide further feedback to council on transport, housing and homelessness.

Tony was nominated supported by Mosa . c) continue to endorse the What’s Your Flavour event 2015. d) thank Councillor Cooper , Mosa Mafile'o, Anthony Kapeli-Sua and Agnes Wong for their participation in the ’What’s your flavour?” event.

Resolution number YOU/2014/48 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member A Zhou: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) promote the 5 video finalists of the LTP video challenge on social media and encourage young people in their networks to vote on their favourite video by sharing it b) thank Councillors Cashmore, Filipaina, Krum, Penrose and Walker for their time and effort engaging with young people on the Long-term Plan and congratulate Councillor Krum on her victory c) share and discuss any local board specific issues with their local youth groups
