	Trevor Hipkins, NZ Lead - Programme, Cost, Consultancy, AECOM Company, provided a PowerPoint presentation, a copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Cr MP Webster entered to the meeting at 9.48 am.

9	Update on the Foodbowl and ATEED's Food & Beverage Sector Activity
	Patrick McVeigh, General Manager Economic Growth, ATEED, gave a verbal presentation.
	Cr C Casey retired from the meeting 10.44am. Cr LA Cooper retired from the meeting at 11.01 am.
	Resolution number ECO/2014/55 MOVED by Chairperson AJ Anae, seconded by Member P Clark: That the Economic Development Committee: a)      receive the update on the Foodbowl and ATEED's Food & Beverage Sector Activity report. CARRIED

10	Māori Economic Development Forum
	Patrick McVeigh, General Manager Economic Growth, ATEED, provided a PowerPoint presentation, a copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.  A video was shown in support of this item, and can be accessed upon request.

11	Industrial Land Market
	Zoltan Moricz, Senior Director of New Zealand research, CBRE, provided a PowerPoint presentation, a copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment. Secretarial note:          The analysis undertaken by CBRE sought to provide an understanding of the broad industrial land dynamics of the Auckland market. It did this by reviewing recent development activity in the significant industrial precincts in the urban area of Auckland, as depicted by the map attached. Smaller industrial precincts in the rural areas of Rodney and Franklin were not included in the analysis.
	Cr MP Webster retired from the meeting at 11.43 am.
