1 Apologies

2 Declaration of Interest
Member Sam Sefuiva declared an interest in relation to item 9 as he is involved in the Black Grace dance.
Member Tunumafono Ava Fa’amoe declared an interest in the Pacific Lead Group in relation to item 5.
The interim Chair Aiolupotea Sina Aiolupotea-aiono declared an interest in relation to item 5 as she is an employee of MIT involved in the project for the MIT Pasifika centre.
3 Confirmation of Minutes

Stella Muller, Pefi Kingi, Tumau Oge, Reverend Robert Robati-Mani, Pasifika Centre Community Lead group and Dr Stuart Middleton, Director External Relations, Manukau Institute of Technology spoke to the Panel regarding the Pasifika Centre.
