Secretarial Note: The Panel expressed concern over the proposed stormwater bylaw and its possible implications to rural areas and the closing date of submissions, and requested council staff follow up on their concerns as soon as possible. Subsequent to the meeting, council staff confirmed there was no possibility of an extension to the bylaw submissions timeframes. |
