2 Declaration of Interest
Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.
A declaration of interest has been received from Member Richard Northey for item 6.
3 Confirmation of Minutes

Resolution number SEN/2014/30 MOVED by Member J Lardner-Rivlin, seconded by Member J Blakey: That the Seniors Advisory Panel: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday 22 September 2014, as a true and correct record, subject to the following changes of the mover and seconder to part of Item 3: Moved by Member J Clews, seconded by Member J Lardner-Rivlin: That the Seniors Advisory Panel: a) agree that the chairperson and deputy chairperson be elected by closed ballot b) agree that the chairperson and deputy chairperson be elected using voting system A (as described in Schedule 7, Clause 25 of the Local Government Act 2002) c) elect Margaret Devlin as chairperson. |
