confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting,
held on Monday 22 September 2014, as a true
and correct record, subject to the following changes of the mover and
seconder to part of Item 3:

That the Seniors Advisory Panel:
a) agree that the chairperson
and deputy chairperson be elected by closed ballot
b) agree that the chairperson
and deputy chairperson be elected using voting system A (as described in
Schedule 7, Clause 25 of the Local Government Act 2002)
c) elect Margaret Devlin as
chairperson.
