	The minutes of the Devonport-Takapuna, Kaipatiki, Upper Harbour and East Coast Bays Subdivision Local Board Funding Subcommittee meeting held on, Friday, 2 May 2014, are attached for the information of the board and were confirmed at item 4 of the agenda.

13	Community Facility Development Fund - Kaipatiki Project
	Geraldine Wilson, Sport and Recreation Advisor, was in attendance to speak to the report.
	Resolution number DTKUF/2014/8 MOVED by Member A Hartley, seconded by Member D Grant: That the Devonport-Takapuna, Kaipatiki, Upper Harbour and ECB Subdivision Local Board Funding Committee: a)      revoke resolution DTKUF/2012/13 which allocated $15,000 to the Kaipātiki Project  in 2012. b)      transfer the $15,000 to the contestable pool for the 2014-15 funding round of Community Facility Development Fund. CARRIED

Secretarial Note:         The effect of resolution b) together with the additional funds granted under the current application resolution a) (DTKUF/2014/10), makes a total grant of $200,000 from the Community Facility Development Fund for the new clubroom construction project.

15	North Shore Heritage Fund Allocation 2014/2015
	Resolution number DTKUF/2014/11 MOVED by Member LM Whyte, seconded by Member MA Cohen: That the Devonport-Takapuna, Kaipatiki, Upper Harbour and ECB Subdivision Local Board Funding Committee: a)      approve the allocation of $50,000 to the North Shore Heritage Trust. CARRIED
