a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Friday, 3 October 2014, as a true and correct record.

Secretarial note:          The chair gave the panel a brief update on the Long-term Plan 2015-2025 and rates increases.

5	Unformed Roads - Auckland Transport Discussion
	Cr MP Webster retired from the meeting at 1.19 pm.
	Randhir Karma, Network Operations & Safety Manager and Terry Sugrue, Transport Control Team Leader, of Auckland Transport gave an oral presentation to the panel.  Alan Howard-Smith, Stakeholder Management Manager, of Auckland Transport was in attendance.

6	Stormwater Bylaw Update
	The chair reported to the panel on updates on the proposed Stormwater Bylaw.

7	Rural Round-up of Council Activities: Overview
	Phil Brown, Land and Water Advisory Team Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation to the panel.  A copy has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
