Graeme Silver, Senior Policy Advisor, Waikato Regional Council and Will Trusewich, Coastal Specialist, Auckland Council, updated the forum on the hold on spat catching applications in the Western Firth of Thames. |

Resolution number HGF/2014/28 MOVED by Chairperson Mayor J Tregidga, seconded by Deputy Chairperson L Ngamane: That the Hauraki Gulf Forum: a) receive the Constituent Party Report b) request a joint report for the March 2015 meeting, from the Auckland Council and Waikato Regional Council on how they will approach aquaculture development in the Western Firth of Thames from 1 January 2015 in relation to the lifting of the moratorium. |
