	Christine Rose was in attendance to present to the Arts, Culture and Events Committee on the Kumeu Arts Centre community work. A PowerPoint presentation and a report was provided. A copy of the documents has been placed on the official minutes and is available on the Auckland Council website as a minutes attachment.
	Resolution number ART/2015/3 MOVED by Cr WD Walker, seconded by Cr CM Casey: That the Arts, Culture and Events Committee: a) thank Christine Rose, Sarah Ellis-Kirifi and Libby Patterson for their presentation regarding the issue of the Kumeu Arts Centre’s community work. CARRIED

2014/2015 Arts and Culture Regional Work Programme - Quarter 2 Update

Cr WD Walker left the meeting at 11.56 am.

Resolution number ART/2015/10

MOVED by Cr RI Clow, seconded by Chairperson AM Filipaina:

That the Arts, Culture and Events Committee:

a) approve, in principle, subject to a report coming back to this committee on 31 March 2015, the below amendment to the public art capex work programme, to be funded from the approved existing programme budgets:

i. $95,000 grant to Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Trust to deliver the Judges Bay project (previously allocated from Parks, Sport and Recreation budgets)

b) approve, the following amendments to the public art capex work programme, to be funded from the approved existing programme budgets:

ii. $20,000 for sound sites at the Glen Innes Music and Arts Centre

iii. $40,000 for place-makers at the Glen Innes Music and Arts Centre.
