Q1 On Track |
Health Check Project: Three community organisations underwent the organisational health check this quarter. Community Development has promoted the project via Our Auckland, network meetings and supported through the Maungakiekie-Tamaki Community Centre Cluster network. As uptake is low, more intensive promotion is planned including face-to-face meetings to talk through the project and the benefits to the organisation. |
Q2 On Track |
A pilot Governance and Strategic Planning 101 workshop was developed and held in November where 14 people from 12 organisations attended. The workshop was developed and facilitated by Accounting for Charities Trust. The workshop topics covered why organisations should have a plan, how to develop a plan including evaluation and monitoring. Participants were keen to undertake the organisation health check project in the New Year. |
