a) receive the Long-term Plan (LTP) consultation update and provide
advice on strategies to achieve high levels of participation by Pacific
people across all aspects of the consultation.
b) note the audience-specific Have your say event on the evening of
Thursday, 19 February 2015 and I can provide a verbal update about the event.
c) express
its strong disappointment as officers not heeding the panel’s feedback from
the December meeting by not effectively engaging with the communities in the
LTP process.
