Approves $150,000 from the Local Board
Transport Capital Fund for detailed design of
I)
Kerb and channeling the south side of
Glen Road from Bahari Drive to Waitemata Drive
II)
Widening and concreting the existing
metal path between Waitemata Drive and Glen Road on Urlich Reserve
III)
Four sets of refuge islands for
pedestrian crossings on Glen Road.

Henderson-Massey Local Board:
a) Approves
the granting of a new community lease to Henderson Miniature Motor Racing
Club Incorporated located within the portion of Section 1 SO 361236, 26
Seymour Road, Henderson (Attachment A), subject to the following terms and
conditions:-
i) Term
– 10 years commencing 19 March 2015 with one 10 year right of renewal;
ii) Rent
- $1.00 plus GST per annum if requested;
iii) Henderson
Miniature Motor Racing Club Incorporated Community Outcomes Plan as approved
and attached to the lease document (Attachment B);
All other terms and
conditions in accordance with the Auckland Council Community Occupancy
Guidelines 2012.

the granting of a new community lease to West Auckland Woodturners Guild
Incorporated located within the portion of Section 1 SO 361236, 26 Seymour
Road, Henderson (Attachment A), subject to the following terms and
conditions:-
i) Term
– 10 years commencing 19 March 2015 with one 10 year right of renewal;

That the
Henderson-Massey Local Board:
a) Nominates
member Luke Wilson as Henderson-Massey local board’s representative to attend
the Local Government New Zealand 2015 annual general meeting and conference
from Sunday 19 July 2015 to Tuesday 21 July 2015 on the basis that the
conference programme is relevant to the Local Board’s work programme.
b) confirms
that conference attendance including travel and accommodation will be paid
for member Luke Wilson in accordance with the current Auckland Council
Elected Member Expense Policy.
