7 Ward Councillor’s Update
Ward Councillors are given an opportunity to update the board on matters relating to the Henderson-Massey area.
Councillor Cooper updated the board on the decisions from the Locally Approved Products Policy Hearings Panel.

The Chairperson invited public forum submissions.

Helaina Keeley from Red Leap Theatre Charitable Trust Ms. Keeley spoke to the board on the work creative work at Red Leap Theatre and also invited the board to their latest work premiering in June 2015. |

Michael Lau Mr. Lau spoke to the board on the anti-social behaviour in Trading Place Henderson and requested that a CCTV camera be installed in the area to monitor these behaviours. |

David Tanenui Mr. Tanenui spoke to the board on erecting a Pou or Waharoa or both on the 2.5 hectares land allocated to Te Atatu Marae. |

Hassan Hosseini JP, QSM from NZ Ethnic Social Services Trust Mr. Hosseini spoke to the board on renewing their lease at 56a Covil Avenue Te Atatu South. |

Jane Hiebendaal Ms. Hiebendaal thanked the board for listening to their concerns about the Waitemata Drive bridge proposal. |
