Elaine Brewitt and Ian Squire were in attendance to present a petition containing 1018 signatures on paper regarding: “Proposed Concept Plan for Highbury Corner Birkenhead I have viewed the proposed changes to the entrance of Highbury Corner to remove the ten trees and the Norfolk Pines as these trees are established and the Palms accent our Art Deco Corner I feel strongly that these should not be removed” A copy of the petition was provided. A copy has been placed on the official minutes. |
