MOVED by Member D Macdonald, seconded by Chairperson S Zhu:  

That the Whau Local Board Swimming Pool Fencing Exemptions Committee:

a)         Confirms the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Wednesday, 18 March 2015, including the confidential section, as a true and correct record.

Swimming Pool Fencing Exemption – Special Exemption (Section 6) Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987

 

Resolution number WHSP/2015/4

MOVED by Member D Macdonald, seconded by Chairperson S Zhu:  

That the Whau Local Board Swimming Pool Fencing Exemptions Committee:

a)      Receives the applications by:

i)       Brian & Lynda Chase – 1 Links Road, New Lynn

b)      Grants the application from Brian & Lynda Chase – 1 Links Road, New Lynn for special exemption from the requirement of the Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987, as per the application in relation to the french door opening to the pool area provided that a working self-closing and self-latching device remains in place.

c)      Agrees that the confidential attachments considered as part of the application remain confidential and not be restated in the open section to ensure security to property is maintained.

d)      Agrees to restate resolutions a) to d) in the open section of the minutes.
