As there was no quorum present, pursuant to Standing Order 2.4.1 the chairperson waited for 30 minutes.

Pursuant to Standing Order 2.4.1 the Chairperson declared the meeting lapsed for want of a quorum and pursuant to Standing Order 2.4.2 the business remaining on the order paper stand adjourned until the next ordinary meeting of the Hibiscus and Bays Facilities and Reserves Committee to be held on Monday, 31 August 2015, commencing at 1.00pm.
