Resolution number CIV/2015/27 MOVED by Cr GS Wood, seconded by Cr CM Penrose: That the Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Committee: a) note the planned review of the National CDEM Strategy by the Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Management. b) support the involvement of the CDEM Director and appropriate CDEM staff in this review. c) request a report back to the CDEM Group committee on the development of the Auckland CDEM Maori Responsiveness Plan. |

Auckland Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan Review Update |

Resolution number CIV/2015/28 MOVED by Chairperson SL Stewart, seconded by Cr AM Filipaina: That the Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Committee: a) endorse the extension of the Auckland Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan timeline, as supported by Ministry of Civil Defence And Emergency Management, from 1 July 2016 to 31 August 2016. b) request a report back to CDEM Group Committee in respect of engagement and the implications for Maori. |

Resolution number CIV/2015/34 MOVED by Cr AM Filipaina, seconded by Cr CM Penrose: That the Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Committee: a) receive the amendments to the National Civil Defence and Emergency Management Plan Order report b) delegate to the Chair and Deputy Chair the authority to approve feedback on the Guide to the National Plan by 11 September 2015. |
