That the Alcohol Ban Review Hearings Panel - Howick Local Board in relation to the proposed Howick Local Board Alcohol Ban Review:

a)      receives this summary of submissions report

b)      receives the submissions

c)      hears the submitters who wish to be heard in support of their submission.

a)         agrees to adjourn the meeting until 24th September 2015, at 1pm.

The meeting adjourned at 11.36am on 6th August 2015.

 

The meeting reconvened at 1.07pm on 24th September 2015.  The Chair of the Hearings Panel, Adele White, opened the meeting.

Recommendation of the Hearings Panel

 

A copy of the tabled Deliberations Table will be placed with a hard copy of the Minutes and will be available on the Auckland Council Website.

MOVED by Deputy Chairperson AJ White, seconded by Chairperson DA Collings:  

That the Howick Local Board hearing panel in relation to the proposed Howick Local Board Alcohol Ban Review:

 

a)    recommends to the Howick Local Board to retain, amend and/or lapse the existing alcohol bans as outlined in the Deliberations Table (Tabled document, Attachment A).
