Resolution number WHK/2015/112 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson BM Treadwell, seconded by Chairperson PA Walden: That the Waiheke Local Board Hearings Panel;
a) Adopt the decisions as recorded in the “deliberations worksheet – Waiheke Local Board area”. b) Delegate the Chairperson to approve the decision report titled ‘Hearing panel decision report on local dog access rules within the Waiheke Local Board area 2015’ to be provided to the Governing Body business meeting on 24 September 2015.
