The Chairperson opened the meeting and welcomed everyone present.

There were no declarations of interest.

4	Hearing and deliberation report for the Whau Local Board alcohol ban review 2015
	Resolution number WH/2015/1 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson s Zhu, seconded by Member DQ Battersby: That the Whau Local Board Alcohol Ban Review Hearing Panel: a)      Receives the summary of submissions report. b)      Receives the submissions. c)      Hears the verbal submissions and thanks the following people and organisations for their verbal submissions: i. Warren Samuels ii. Matt Blackmore iii. Mike Gibson, Rosebank Business Association iv. Grant Hewison, Grant Hewison and Associates Limited v. Keith Coelho d)      Receives the tabled information from Grant Hewison and Michael Scott. e)      Recommends to the Whau Local Board to retain, amend and lapse existing alcohol bans as outlined in the Deliberations Table (as attached to minutes). f)       Recommends that the Whau Local Board reconvene the Whau Local Board Alcohol Ban Review Panel early in New Near to consider any new evidence. CARRIED
