deputation from Brett Green from Auckland Swimming Association on the funding
of electronic timing pads for the Auckland Swimming Association.
b) Requests
that staff investigate funding the balance of the electronic timing pads for the
Auckland Swimming Association.

Auckland Transport Update Report August 2015 –
Henderson-Massey Local Board

by Deputy Chairperson SP Henderson, seconded by Member WW Flaunty:
That the Henderson-Massey
Local Board:
a) Agrees
that Option 6B is the preferred option from the initial investigation phase
of Glen Road Project, and to implement all the recommended stages of this
option in one package.
b) Approves
the sum increase of $823,000 from the Local Board Transport Capital Fund for
Project 225, Glen Road Safety Improvements’ over and above the $998,000
previously allocated budget to this project in July 2015 by the Board to
cover the full cost of implementing Option 6B.
c) Approves
the sum of $75,000 from the Local Board Transport Capital Fund for the design
of the Henderson Creek Shared Path & Cycleway Lighting Improvements
project.
d) Delegates
authority to the Local Board Chair and Transport Portfolio to approve
variations to the value of $20,000 to cover the wider range of the already
approved projects.

the recent spill in the Manutewhau stream by the Thursday 5 November 2015
business meeting.
