The Chairperson
opened the meeting and welcomed those present.

3 Declaration of Interest
Members
were reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making
when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other
external interest they might have.
Specifically
members are asked to identify any new interests they have not previously
disclosed, an interest that might be considered as a conflict of interest with
a matter on the agenda.
At its meeting on 28 November 2013, the
Waitakere Ranges Local Board resolved (resolution number WTK/2010/5) to record
any possible conflicts of interest in a register.

from Titirangi Ratepayers and Residents Association spoke about her concerns
on the proposed sale of 490 South Titirangi Road.

Vicky Bethell spoke about LAP Bethells /Te
Henga feedback and her concerns regarding the inclusion of Ark in the Park
and asked to exclude it from boundary. She also requested to defer final
decision until the board has had a site visit out her area.

Community Waitakere Work Programme 2015/2016

Recommendation/s
That the Waitākere Ranges
Local Board:
a) Approves
the Community Waitakere 2015/2016 work programme for the Waitakere Ranges
Local Board area.
b) Approves
funding of $66,000 for the Community Waitakere Work Programme, from the
Waitakere Ranges Local Board’s Locally Delivered Initiatives (LDI) budget
allocation for 2015/2016.
