            The chairperson opened the meeting and welcomed those in attendance.

That the Hibiscus and Bays Facilities and Reserves Committee:

a)         accept the apology from local board member Gaye Harding-Kirikiri for absence.

a)         confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Monday, 31 August 2015, as a true and correct record.

Workshop and Meeting Dates for 2016

 

The proposed meeting dates were discussed and it was decided that the workshop and business meetings would be held on different days, with the workshop being held on the second Friday of the month and the business meeting two weeks later on the fourth Friday of the month.

 

It was decided to defer this item until the next Facilities and Reserves Business Meeting on 20 November 2015.
