Approval of the Draft Auckland Civil Defence and Emergency
Management Group Plan for Statutory Consultation

Resolution number CIV/2015/45
MOVED
by Chairperson SL Stewart, seconded by Cr DA Krum:
That the Civil
Defence and Emergency Management Group Committee:
a) approve the
draft Auckland Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan for
statutory consultation.
b) delegate
editorial accountability for minor amendments to the draft Auckland Civil
Defence and Emergency Management Group Plan during the statutory consultation
and Ministerial review phases to the Chair and Deputy Chair and the Civil
Defence and Emergency Management Director.
c) agree that
social media be accepted as legitimate input for consideration as part of the
statutory consultation for the Civil Defence and Emergency Management Group
Plan 2016 – 2021.
