Information items were inadvertedly left out of the agenda order of items.
Items to provide members the opportunity to update panel members on issues they have dealt with since the last meeting were considered as a matter of minor extraordinary business at this point of the agenda. |

Resolution number ETH/2015/49 MOVED by Member D Tomu, seconded by Member P Nand: That the Ethnic Peoples Advisory Panel: a) consider the information items as extraordinary business at item 8.1 b) agree that item 8.1 be accorded precedence at this time. |

Member Y Lee provided a verbal update on the Summit working group meeting. Member P Nand provided a verbal update on the Auckland Diwali Community Advisory Group meeting held on 26 November 2015. |
|

Member Y Lee left the meeting at 6.27 pm. Member N Hashimoto entered the meeting at 6.32 pm. |

Resolution number ETH/2015/50 MOVED by Member C Yao, seconded by Member A Basnayake: That the Ethnic Peoples Advisory Panel: a) receive the verbal update from the Summit Working Group. b) agree in principle to be part of the Hui with the various organisations in April 2016 and request the Summit Working Group to report back on the outcome to the next panel meeting. c) receive the verbal update from the Auckland Diwali Community Advisory Group. |
