Annual Plan 2016/2017 – local consultation content

The meeting
was advised that the heading “What Might Change” becomes “What else we
Propose”
Members
discussed the local consultation content of the Annual Plan 2016/2017 and
made two amendments:
Under this
heading bullet point 6 is to read:
Plan and
deliver a new toilet at Sherwood Reserve
And add as a
last bullet point
Implement key
actions from town centre plans

by Chairperson JG Parfitt, seconded by Member GA Harding-Kirikiri:
That the Hibiscus
and Bays Local Board:
a) agrees
indicative locally driven initiative priorities for the Annual Plan 2016/2017
(Attachment A)
b) adopts
local content for consultation, as amended, for the Annual Plan 2016/2017
(Attachment B)
c) agrees that the Chairperson be delegated the authority to make any
final minor changes to local consultation content for the Annual Plan
2016/2017 prior to publication, including online consultation content.
