2 Declaration of Interest
Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant to stand aside from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and any private or other external interest they might have.

3 Confirmation of Minutes
Resolution number HER/2015/48 MOVED by Member S Hughes, seconded by Member S Reynolds: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) confirm the ordinary minutes of its meeting, held on Tuesday, 20 October 2015, as a true and correct record, subject to the following amendment to item 2 and item 7 as follows: i) Member S Reynolds declared an interest in item 7, Heritage Managers’ update in relation to the pre-1944 historical overlay as a submitter on the proposed Auckland Unitary Plan. ii) amend page 5, item 7, from Member S Reynolds assumed the chair to Member S Hughes assumed the chair. |

Resolution number HER/2015/49 MOVED by Member B Rayner, seconded by Member H Geary: That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) receive the presentation on the Howick Historical Village Trust from Rob Mouncey, Max Heron, Ross Warren and Ian Day. b) recommend to appropriate authorities that representatives from Auckland’s smaller museums and heritage institutions be included in the current dialogue being carried out by the regional museums and Council. |

Resolution number HER/2015/54 MOVED by Member G Burgess, seconded by Member R Hoskins : That the Heritage Advisory Panel: a) receive the correspondence from King’s School Board of Trustees. b) request the Chair to make a public statement on behalf of the Heritage Advisory Panel following the Auckland Development Committee meeting on 3 December 2015. c) request the Chair to organise a meeting if possible with the King’s School Board of Trustees and the General Manager Northern Heritage New Zealand to discuss the Hanna Block. |
