Chairperson Vanessa Neeson opened the meeting with a prayer.

Councillors are given the opportunity to update the board on ongoing regional matters.

Councillor Cooper spoke on the adoption of the draft consultation plan next week.

Member LW Wilson returned to the meeting at 6.37 pm.

9 Public Forum

9.1	Peter Chan from Auckland Asian Association
	Mr. Chan spoke on the tragic murder of Te Atatu resident Cunxiu Tian and thanks members of the community for their support.
