Resolution number YOU/2016/3 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member A Zhou: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) consider an extraordinary item regarding the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan at Item 11.1. i) the reason the matter was not on the agenda is that the Extraordinary Governing Body meeting on Wednesday 24 February 2016 was confirmed after the Youth Advisory Panel 22 February 2016 agenda had been compiled; ii) the reason for urgency being that the Extraordinary Governing Body meeting is to be held on Wednesday 24 February 2016. |

Resolution number YOU/2016/5 MOVED by Chairperson F Apulu, seconded by Member M Greive: That the Youth Advisory Panel: a) thank David Rutland, Senior Feasibility Advisor, Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development, for his update. b) suggest individuals who might be interested in representing the youth of Auckland’s Indian communities on the Auckland Diwali Festival community engagement group, or appropriate organisations from which such a representative might be drawn. c) forward further information regarding the Auckland Diwali Festival Community Engagement Group on to local youth groups. |
