Any over collection should be refunded by Auckland Council to the BID. d) Considers all BIDs should be audited annually.
e) Supports of the principles and approaches outlined in the policy regarding the resolution of problems, issues and serious concerns. In particular, the option in exceptional circumstances for interim direct management of a BID programme by Auckland Council (once mechanisms to resolve a serious concern have been exhausted). f) Supports the greater emphasis in the revised policy for collaborative relationships between local boards and the business associations running a BID programme.
