MOVED by Deputy Chairperson A Cole, seconded by Member H Moodie:  

That the Rural Advisory Panel:

a)         thank Gael Ogilvie for her update on the National Policy Statement.

b)        request that Gael Ogilvie, General Manager Environmental Services, Greg Holland, Manager Natural Environment Strategy and stormwater representative present information at its next meeting on council implementation plans for the National Policy Statement for Fresh Water Management and the proposed involvement of the rural sector in the formulation of these plans.
