Resolution number PAC/2016/14 MOVED by Member T Funaki, seconded by Member A Manoa: That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a) provide initial feedback on the two discussion documents during the meeting, particularly regarding investment options to increase sport participation and suggestions for council's golf investment. |

Resolution number PAC/2016/15 MOVED by Member L Tamu, seconded by Member A Manoa: That the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel: a) receive an update on the Pacific Peoples Advisory Panel’s work programme. b) note that the Chair will respond to the request for information on the terms of reference for the panel review report by circulating an initial email which all panel members will respond to by Friday 8 April 2016. c) note that the panel will also provide its own direct recommendation to the Mayor and incoming Mayor regarding the role and function of the panel. |
