2 Declaration of Interest
Member M Fisher - Body Positive, Member J Harris – NZ Aid Foundation, Member B Kilmister – Body Positive, Member D Matthews – Rainbow Youth, D Rands – Inner City Women’s group and Member A Wu – RAiNZ Aotearoa declared an interest in Item 7 – Auckland Community Grants Programme as the organisation they are involved in applies for community grants.

Resolution number RAI/2016/17 MOVED by Member L Matheson, seconded by Member M Fisher: That the Rainbow Communities Advisory Panel: a) agree to form a subcommittee consisting of Member M Clunie, Member M Fisher, Member L Matheson, Member J Radford-Poupard and Member D Rands with Member M Clunie as project lead to look at key Auckland Council Plans and media distribution outlets to inform Auckland Council on how the material can be updated to best represent the Rainbow Community within Auckland. |
