Waitematā Local Board Finance Performance Report for the period ended 31 March 2016

Resolution number WTMF/2016/6 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson VI Tava, seconded by Member S Chambers: That the Waitematā Local Board Finance Committee: a)      Receive the Finance Performance Report for the period ended 31 March 2016. b)      That Pramod Nair, Lead Financial Advisor, be thanked for his attendance. Resolution number WTMF/2016/5 MOVED by Deputy Chairperson VI Tava, seconded by Member CP Dempsey: That the Waitematā Local Board Finance Committee: a)      Notes underspends in the Community Response Fund (approx. $22,000) Local Discretionary Community Grants (any underspend in the last round), Friends of Parks (approx. $5,000), and Parks Improvement Projects (approx. $6,000). b)      Requests that officers and Local Board Members investigate options to reallocate these funds. CARRIED
