Panuku Development Auckland Local Board Six-Monthly Update 1 July to 31 December 2015

That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board:

a)         receive the Panuku Development Auckland Local Board Six-Monthly update 1 July to 31 December 2015.

b)        note its support for the ongoing work of Panuku Development Auckland in advancing the Takapuna Unlock project.

Auckland Transport Update May 2016 to the Devonport Takapuna Local Board

MOVED by Chairperson J Bergin, seconded by Member AP Roe:  

That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board:

a)      receive the Auckland Transport Update May 2016 to the Devonport Takapuna Local Board.

b)        approve $145,000 from the Auckland Transport Local Board Capital Fund Project for the Bartley Terrace safety improvements project, noting that it is an increase of $31,333 over the originally signalled rough order of cost.

Special Exemption (Section 6) Fencing of Swimming Pools Act 1987

That the Devonport-Takapuna Local Board:

a)      grant the application for special exemption as sought for the property at 4 Waterview Road, Stanley Point with the condition that NZS 8500-2006 Clause
(a-k) is met at all times and the spa remain in the same location.
